SAME-DAY SHIPPING:

Orders placed prior to 2pm EST Monday – Friday will be shipped  that very same day GUARANTEED. Orders placed later than 2pm EST may be  shipped the following business day. The only exception to this is normal  post office holidays due to the post office being closed during these  days. 


Free expedited shipping normally takes 1-3 business days to arrive  (Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays). Please keep in mind that  the free shipping service which we use is not a guaranteed service,  and shipping times may on occasion take longer than the estimated 1-3  business days. Yum-Yum Organics has no control over any delivery  delays beyond the usual 1-3 business days. 


If you absolutely need to  have your package delivered by a certain date, then please consider  selecting Express Shipping during the checkout process.


If you place your order during a holiday season  (during the month of December for example), shipping delays will likely  occur due to the higher than usual shipping volume. This also is outside the control of Yum-Yum Organics. Please allow extra time for  delivery of your package, or consider paying more for express/overnight  shipping.

If you absolutely need to have your package delivered by the next business day (NO DELIVERY ON SUNDAY),  then please consider selecting overnight (or Express) shipping during  the checkout process. There will be an additional charge, but (assuming  you place your order prior to 2pm EST) your package will be shipped that same day and guaranteed to arrive on the following business day unless your zip-code does not qualify for 1-day service (see note above). If you  place your order after 2pm EST there may be an additional day for  handling, as your package may ship the following business day.


Please know that there may be additional delays due to inclement  weather, and if so then Yum-Yum Organics cannot be held responsible  for any shipping delays due to inclement weather.


If you place your order after 2pm EST but prior to 3:30 pm EST and  select overnight shipping, you may message and/or call us to request we send it out that very same day. We will do our very best to accommodate  your request, but we cannot guarantee your package will go out that same  day. Due to being placed after 2pm EST, your order may still ship the following business day and be delivered the day after that.


Guaranteed Delivery:
If your package is not delivered for any reason due to the fault of Yum-Yum Organics, then we will replace your package free of charge! 


Examples of covered  shipping errors which could lead to the failure of your package to be  delivered include shipping to an incorrect address or incorrect postage and/or labeling due to our error. This guarantee only applies to  delivery failures for which Yum-Yum Organics is at fault! Confiscation or return due to Customs is not covered.


Delivery failure due to errors on the part of the customer are not covered. Therefore if your package fails to be delivered due to an error with the shipping address as entered when the order is placed, Yum-Yum Organics will  be happy to re-ship your package for you (once it is returned to us) but shipping charges will apply and must be paid first. If the additional  re-shipping fee is not paid within 48 hours upon the receipt of your returned package, then the order will have to be cancelled and refunded and a restocking fee of up to 20% withheld to recover the cost of the  initial shipment. So please be sure to enter your address correctly when placing your order, since we cannot be responsible for delivery failure due to customer error.  


Examples of other issues which are not covered by the guarantee include failure to receive your  package due to theft or shipping carrier issues such as delivery mix-ups or delivery to the wrong address. Yum-Yum Organics also cannot be held responsible for damage to your package being left out or delivered  in direct sunlight or other inclement weather as we have no control over these circumstances.

Organics for your baby may provide  assistance with these issues, but that will be at our sole discretion.  If you have had issues with packages being stolen in your area, then we  strongly encourage you to request signature confirmation  by messaging us when you place your order. If you are concerned that  your package may be left in inclement weather or direct sunlight along with elevated temperatures, then we encourage you to monitor tracking  information and have someone available to immediately retrieve your  package. 


International Shipments:

For International shipments, your country may impose duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges cannot be pre-determined or covered by Yum-Yum Organics and, if charged,  are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Couriers:

We normally use USPS, but other shipping options may include FedEx or UPS depending on which location we ship your package from. If you request a particular carrier, we will be more than happy to ship your package with that carrier. Please just keep in mind that their may be an additional fee if you do choose to select a particular carrier.


Returns

The vast majority of our products are organic baby food items which  are required to be stored in a climate controlled environment at all  times. This storage requirement is necessary to ensure the long shelf  life and freshness of our products for your baby. Of course we do indeed maintain our complete inventory in a climate controlled environment at all times, but once the products are shipped we can no longer be certain  that this is the case.


It is for this reason that unfortunately we are unable to accept returns. If you feel that there is an error with your order which is due  to the fault of Yum-Yum Organics, then please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Please see  below for our policy if we send you an incorrect item or items.


Incorrect Product:

Mistakes are very rare, but unfortunately do happen from time to time. In order to lessen the occurrence of errors, we typically have three people perform individual and separate checks of each package before shipping. So our error rate is very low!


But from time to time errors still do happen. If an error has been made fulfilling your order (such as wrong item or incomplete shipment),  contact us immediately via the contact page. Whether the error was an incomplete shipment or an incorrect item(s), the error will need to  be verified by pictures of both the shipping label as well as the items received. This requirement is so that we can verify the error.


We will then send you a return shipping label.  If we have the  replacement in stock, we’ll ship it to you once the returned item(s) is  received. If the replacement is no longer available, we will provide  you with a full refund. Of course, once verified, incomplete shipments will be  completed right away.


A copy of your invoice or packing  slip must be sent with returns. If it is not then your refund may be  delayed. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the  refund to appear on your statement. 


In the case of a wrong item(s) being received, you will have two choices of how to have the issue resolved - a slower option and a faster option. If you need your products quickly then you may opt for the faster option which would involve a second order being placed and shipped to you immediately. The incorrect items would simultaneously be returned to us, and upon receipt of these items your refund would be processed in full. 


The slower option does not involved the placement of any additional orders. You would simply return the incorrect item(s) to us using the provided return label. And once we receive the returned package we would immediately either resend the correct items OR provide you a full refund, subject to your choice.
